This private suite is separate from the main house and it boasts a 180 degree view from the bay to the open ocean. The room has a king-sized bed with a beautiful cupola above it, and a large bathroom with double showers. A separate closet space with drawers and a bar fridge to keep drinks chilled, and air conditioning to keep you cool on those warm summer nights.

Booking Policies

To confirm availability, please send the following information to [email protected]:

  • Full name of the interested party and place of employment.
  • Desired dates (check-in and check-out).
  • Total number of guests, specifying ages of adults, children, and babies.
  • Name of the person who recommended the property.

 

Once Dates are Confirmed, you will receive a response via email:

  • A link will be supplied to deposit 50% of the total stay to secure your dates. This process is done via a 3rd party using your preferred payment method.
  • Dates will not be considered reserved without confirmation and deposit.
  • Total payment must be made 7 days prior to arrival.
  • A refundable damage deposit of USD $500 will be requested one week (7 days) prior to arrival.

  • Low Season Minimum Stay: 3 nights starting from USD $600 per night.
  • High Season Minimum Stay: 3 nights starting from USD $750 per night.
  • Christmas, New Years and Easter Minimum Stay: 5 nights starting from USD $950 per night.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Maximum Capacity: 10 people (including children over 6 years old).
  • Deposit: 50% to confirm. Balance due 7 days prior to arrival.
  • Security Deposit: USD $500 (Refundable).
  • Loud parties are prohibited. Volume must be maintained at a level that, by common sense, does not disturb or annoy neighbors.
  • No pets of any kind are allowed.
  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM.
  • Smoking of any substance is prohibited in any area of the property, whether indoors or outdoors.
  • The entry or use of drugs, narcotics, or psychotropic substances is not permitted nor tolerated.
  • 4+ weeks: 50% of one night penalty.
  • 4 weeks or less: 50% of deposit penalty.
  • 2 weeks or less: Full deposit penalty.
  • A security deposit of USD $500will be requested one week (7 days) prior to arrival.
  • This will be refunded two (2) days after departure, barring any damages. Please let us know of any damage during your stay.
  • It can be deposited into the same account used for the reservation.
  • To process the refund, you must confirm your bank account details via email.

Noise: Quiet hours after 10:00 PM. No loud parties.
Pets: No pets allowed.
Smoking: Prohibited anywhere on the property.
Liability: Guests assume all risks for use of the pool and facilities.

General Guidelines
  • The group leader must ensure that all guests are aware of and comply with the FAQ’s, House Rules and the Terms & Conditions.
  • The goal is a safe and pleasant stay at Casamá.
  • Any omission will be sanctioned.
  • Maximum 10 people (adults and children).
  • Entry of additional people for overnight stays is prohibited.
  • Guests (visitors) must be registered through the property manager.
  • Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. / Check-out: At 11:00 a.m.
  • Any changes must be authorized in writing.
  • No pets of any kind are allowed.
  • Smoking of any substance is strictly prohibited in any area of the property, whether indoors or outdoors.
  • Entry of bodyguards or private security is not permitted.
  • Prohibited to bring in flammable or dangerous materials.
  • Parties, noisy gatherings, or musical groups are prohibited. Volume used must be common-sense levels that do not disturb or annoy neighbors.
  • No smoking or eating inside the bedrooms.
  • Use of drugs, narcotics, or psychotropic substances is not allowed.
  • Immoral acts, obscene language, fights, or any action that puts safety at risk are not allowed. The community is a 100% family environment.
  • Please protect against any damage to our flora and fauna.
  • No electronic devices or their respective controls may be removed from the rooms.
  • Music volume in the house: After 9:00 p.m., the general exterior volume of the house must be kept moderately low. In case of complaints from the community/neighbors due to high volume, the group leader will be penalized for a minimum of USD $270.
  • All guests are obligated to address and treat the property staff with respect.
  • Racoons are in the area and love nothing more than sneaking into find food that has been left out. Please make sure to protect against this
  • Entering the pool without proper swimwear is not permitted.
  • No glass of any kind or smoking in the pool area.
  • Minors are not allowed in the pool without adult supervision.
  • Risky games inside the pool are prohibited.
  • Casamá is built on cliffs.It is recommended that all occupants take a reconnaissance tour to familiarize themselves with the house and take necessary precautions.
  • Occupants must behave in a way that allows for the correct use and care of furniture, electronics, decorative objects, and other facilities.
  • Use of the house facilities, as well as the community common areas, is at your own risk. Extreme caution is recommended for all visitors.
  • Neither the Administrator, their company, the owner of Casamá, nor the staff working there are responsible at any time in the event of accident, illness, or death of any one or several occupants. The stay at the property is 100% the total responsibility of the guest.
  • For any observations or comments during your stay, please communicate directly with the Administrators:
  • Important Note:The property is fumigated monthly against scorpions and other pests, but they may still appear, so you are asked to take precautions.
